How our hiring works
We keep it simple and fast. Every application is reviewed by a founder.
- Week 1 — First call with one of the founders (30 min)
- Week 2 — Second interview with your future mentor and another founder (30–60 min), if needed
- Week 3 — Offer stage
We commit to a maximum of one month from application to offer.
