  3. Problem-solving mindset. You have a natural talent for problem-solving and enjoy tackling challenges head-on. Whether it's debugging a tricky piece of code or brainstorming innovative solutions, you thrive when faced with complex issues and are eager to find the best path forward.

What we're not looking for
